My name is Michelle Biro, and alongside my husband, Keith Shannon,  Direct Carpet Inc was created. By incorporating our super powers, together our expertise brings nothing but professionalism to every job, no matter how big or small.

Bringing together a full background in Design, Customer Service and Project Management paired with over 25 years of installation experience and technique, we cover every step of the way to meet your needs. Over the years we expanded our team, bringing together like minded individuals, who some might say feel like family at the end of the day.
